STANDARD RATE

Description

Upon receipt of the booking details, we charge the customer’s credit card with an amount corresponding to 25% of the total cost as deposit and confirmation.
For bookings with bank transfer payment method , the clients should make the deposit of 25% of total cost, within 3 working days from the date when reservation was made.

Cancellation policy

If a booking has been cancelled 21 days before arrival there is no fee and we return all the amount of the advance.
If a booking has been cancelled 21-14 days before arrival of the visitor there is fee equal to 100% of the advance.
If a booking has been cancelled 13-7 days before arrival of the visitor there is fee equal to 50% of total reservation cost.
If a booking has been cancelled 6 days before arrival of the visitor or if the visitor do not come there is fee equal to 100% of the total reservation cost.
